The flag was approved on December 14, 2017 by the decision of the Chastozoozersky rural Duma No. 27 [1] and entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 11765 [2] .

Description
Rectangular double-sided panel with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, reproducing figures from the coat of arms of the Chastoozersky Village Council, depicted in yellow, red, green, blue and white.
Symbols
The village has been over 300 years old and during this time pig farming, and livestock raising in general, is the main part of the local population’s economy. The most characteristic and recognizable symbol of life for the often-grain lake is pig breeding.
Piglet in a scarlet (red) field, the color of which echoes the color of the trademark of the Veles pig farm - the leading modern enterprise for the production and processing of pork.
In addition to the symbol of the meat industry, the piggy has the meanings of strength, prosperity, prosperity, good luck and just fun.
Multiple division of the border into silver (white color) and azure (blue color) is an allegorical designation of the village environs with a large number of lakes, which gave the name to the village - Often-grain, which makes the coat of arms semi-vocal.
The colors used in the flag symbolize:
- Red (red) - a symbol of labor, courage, life-affirming strength, beauty and celebration.
- Green color symbolizes territories developed by residents for housing and agricultural needs and natural forests and meadows. Green color is a symbol of spring, health, youth and hope.
- Azure (blue color) - a symbol of water, reservoirs and sky; a symbol of exalted aspirations and nobility.

Using the flag
The procedure for placing the State Flag of the Russian Federation, the flag of the Kurgan Region, the flag of the Chastoozersky Village Council, and other flags is carried out in accordance with federal law, the legislation of the Kurgan Region, which regulates legal relations in the field of heraldic provision.
