Walter Diggelman ( German: Walter Diggelmann ; born August 11, 1915 in Zurich , Switzerland - d. March 5, 1999 in Guntalingen , Switzerland ) is a Swiss road and track cyclist who performed from 1938 to 1953. Winner of the 1952 Tour de France stage.
