Rakówka ( Polish: Rakówka ) is a village in Bilgoraj county of the Lublin Voivodeship of Poland . It is part of the commune of Ksenzhpol . According to the 2011 census, 542 people lived in the village [1] .

Geography
The village is located in southeastern Poland, within the Sandomierz Lowland , south of the Tanev River, about 16 kilometers south of the town of Bilgoraj , the administrative center of the county. The absolute height is 203 meters above sea level [2] . To the west of the village is the regional highway 835 .
Climate
The climate is characterized as humid continental with warm summers ( Dfb in the Köppen climate classification ). The average annual temperature is 7.7 ° C. The average temperature of the coldest month (January) is −4.6 ° С, the hottest month (July) - 18 ° С. The estimated long-term rainfall is 578 mm [3] .
History
According to the Military Statistical Review of the Russian Empire, in 1847 565 people lived in Rakovka . Administratively, the village was part of the Zamostsky district of the Lublin province of the Kingdom of Poland [4] . According to the 1921 census, 612 people lived in Rakuvka in 138 houses [5] . From 1975 to 1998, it was part of the Zamoysky Voivodeship .
