Biography

Born on October 5, 1943 in Moscow .

He studied at the art school at the Surikov Institute, now the Moscow Academic Art Lyceum . He graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute (1968), then received a second higher education at the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov , at the Department of Graphics at B. A. Dekhterev . Received a diploma in 1977.

He worked mainly in the technique of pencil drawing and watercolor . He wrote tempera works. Collaborated with the publishing house " Children's Literature ".

He taught at the Moscow Architectural Institute and at the Department of Graphics at the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov , associate professor.

A.M. Komrakov died on February 12, 2009 . He was buried at Babushkinsky cemetery .
