Biography
Miroslav Forman is a graduate of Prague 's Sparta . He made his debut in Extra League at the end of the 2010/11 season.
In addition to Sparta, he played in the Czech First League for the Berounsti Bears, Pisek and Litomerice teams.
In the 2016/17 season, he was first invited to the Czech team . Held 2 games as part of Euro Hockey Tour.
In February 2016, he extended the contract with Sparta until 2020 [1] .
