Biography
Born on June 10, 1979 in Kharkov in the family of a priest. In 1986-1996 studied at the secondary school number 115 in Kharkov.
In 1996 he entered the Kiev Theological Seminary, after which in 1999 he entered the Kiev Theological Academy, from which he graduated in 2003 with the degree of Candidate of Theology.
Since 2003 - teacher of theological schools in Kiev. In 2004-2011 - Assistant to the Vice Rector of Kiev Theological Schools for educational work.
On September 21, 2006, he was ordained a deacon; on September 27, he was ordained as a priest, appointed to the clergy of the parish of Sts. vmts. Barbarians at the Kiev Cancer Center.
In 2007-2015 - the dean of the academic church of Kiev theological schools - the church in honor of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary near the Far Caves of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.
Since 2012 - Secretary of the Kiev Diocese.
On January 28, 2015, he was appointed full-time cleric of the Church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin in Kiev, on October 21, the prior of the same temple.
On November 9, 2015, by the decision of the Academic Council of the KDAiS, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.
On March 22, 2018, the Most Blessed Metropolitan of Kiev and All Ukraine Onufry in the Far Caves of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra was tonsured as a monk with the name Dionysius in honor of St. Dionysius, the recluse of Pechersk.
On April 2, 2018, he was elevated to the rank of archimandrite.

On December 17, 2018, by the decision of the Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Journal No. 74), he was elected Bishop of Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky, Vicar of the Kiev Diocese [1] .
On December 18, in the academic church of the Kyiv Theological Schools, he was called bishop.
On December 19, 2018, at the Liturgy in the Nikolaevsky home church, the residence of the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra is consecrated as a bishop. Divine service was headed by the Most Blessed Metropolitan Onufry [2] .
