Biography
Born into a peasant family.
In 1917-1919, a member of the Alash Party, a member of the RCP (B.) Since 1920.
In 1921; he graduated from the Siberian Regional Soviet Party School in Omsk, in 1927 - the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. A. Timiryazev , in 1932 - graduate school of the collective farm research institute (Moscow).
In the years 1914-1918. worked for hire. In the years 1919-1920. was a teacher at the school of Atbasar County.
- 1920-1921 - Head of the Muslim section of the Atbasar district committee of the CPSU (b), deputy secretary of the Peter and Paul Provincial Committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1922-1923 - Member of the editorial board of the newspaper “Enbekshі Kazak”, at the same time executive editor of the magazine “Kyzyl Kazakhstan”,
- 1923-1928 - Head of the land management party in the Semipalatinsk and Akmola provinces,
- 1928-1932 - Researcher at the Moscow Research Institute of Agricultural Economics, graduate student of the collective farm research institute,
- 1932-1933 - Director of the Research Institute of Socialist Reconstruction of Agriculture in Almaty,
- 1933-1934 - Deputy Chairman of the State Planning Commission of the Kazakh SSR,
- 1934-1936 - Chairman of the Presidium of the Kazakh branch of VASKHNIL, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the East Kazakhstan Regional Council (center - Semipalatinsk)
- 1936-1937 - People's Commissar of Health of the Kazakh SSR.
Member of KazTSIK (1922-1924). Delegate of the First Congress of the Communist Party (b) (1937), member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan.
The author of scientific works on animal husbandry.
At the end of October 1937 he was arrested, in February 1938 the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Kazakh SSR was convicted of execution by a charge of counter-revolutionary activity. In December 1957, the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR was rehabilitated for lack of corpus delicti.
