Biography
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations ( MGIMO ) of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1981). He speaks English , Arabic , French and German . In diplomatic work since 1981.
In 1997 - 1999 - Deputy Director of the Department Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
In 2000 - 2004 - Minister Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Libya .
In 2005 - 2018 - Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
From June 4, 2018 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to New Zealand [1] .
Since July 6, 2018 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Samoa [2] .
From September 8, 2018 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Tonga in combination [3] .
