Pramanda [3] ( Greek Πράμαντα ) is a village in Greece . Located at an altitude of 784 meters above sea level [1] in the Dzoumerka mountains, 27 kilometers southeast of Ioannina , 42 kilometers northeast of Arta and 284 kilometers northwest of Athens . The administrative center of the community Voriya-Zumerka in the peripheral unit of Ioannina in the periphery of Epirus . The population is 1,137 people according to the 2011 census [2] .
