The voice of Sarah Siddle again performs the understudy (Kate Savage), and not George Fox . Katherine Willows is also replaced by a sound counterpart in this game, with Edie Mirman as Marge Helgenberger .
This is the first console game from Telltale Games , released in parallel with the PC version. This is the first game for Telltale's Xbox 360 and Wii . The Mac OS X version was later released by TransGaming using their Cider technology.

Cases
Case 1: Burns for you
A taxi driver is burnt alive in his car. In this case, the player works with Nick Stokes .
The investigation revealed that the victim was a racist and had a criminal record. Evidence points to a homeless man from Arizona and two women in a relationship, one of whom was on a graduation victim and was persecuted for two weeks.
Case 2: Double Hit
A woman is repeatedly stabbed at home, but she survives, although she does not know who attacked her. The player in this business is working with Katherine Willows .
Evidence suggests that the victim signed a contract with an aging tycoon of African American descent. The contract said that the victim would become a surrogate mother for an elderly rich man. However, after finding out that the husband did not know about the agreement at all, the tycoons and his wife become the main suspects. This case can also be reproduced as the sixth case of CSI: 3 Dimensions of Murder in the PlayStation 2 version.
Case 3: Shock Rock
The bodies of four members of the rock band Bullet Train, struck by electricity, were found on the stage. The player in this case works with Warrick Brown .
Each member of the group, except for the young singer, has his own record. Suspects: the sound engineer of the group, the second finalist in the selection for the vacant position of the singer, the hated group manager and ex-singer Bullet Train, who is also the ex-wife of the lead guitarist.
Case 4: In Your Eyes
An eye surgeon from India was brutally murdered in his own home. In this case, the player works with Greg Sanders .
The only witness is his blind wife. After realizing the implausibility of the wife’s alibi, she becomes a suspect along with the business partner of the murdered woman and her daughter, whom the victim forced to marry an unloved person.
Case 5: Peacemaker
A fierce exchange of fire took place in the museum, where a young seller was killed. The player in this business works with Gil Grissom .
The guy found at the crime scene admits that he committed the murder. However, evidence soon emerges that this is the work of his twin brothers. The case includes characters from the Shock Rock case.
