Fritz Zbinden ( German: Fritz Zbinden ; born July 28, 1922 in Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland - d. June 15, 1983 in Basel , Switzerland ) is a Swiss road racing cyclist . In 1950 he participated in the Tour de France , taking the last place (51st) following the results of the race.
