Reinhold Sadowski ( Polish: Reinhold, Rajnold, Renald, Reginald Sadowski ; d. March 15, 1721 ) - a nobleman , colonel; statesman of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania , clerk of the Brest-Lithuanian Zemstvo, mayor of Vilensky (1709-1713), Slonim warden (1712-1721), Berestey chestnut (1710-1721), deputy of the Sejm of the Commonwealth [1] .

Biography

Representative of the Lithuanian magnate clan Sadowski coat of arms Lubic . The eldest son of Nikolai Sadovsky, Brest-Lithuanian chestnut and Anna Zembotskaya, daughter of Stefan Zembotsky, Brest-Lithuanian military.

In 1689, he was a Brest-Lithuanian clerk. In 1693 he served in the Lithuanian army as a comrade of the Hussar governor of Vilnius Casimir Jan Sapieha [2] . On April 10, 1693, at the Sejm in Brest-Litovsk , he was appointed to the post of captain of the "Springs tract" to prevent violence, robbery, robbery and assaults between the gentry, with the task of maintaining order in the voivodship [3] . August 1 received the post of clerk of the Brest-Lithuanian Zemstvo. Together with his father, he entered the opposition Sapieham, being one of the most famous so-called republicans in the Beresteyskoe Voivodeship . Initially, the speeches of Reinhold Sadovsky on the Diet on June 9-10, 1695 and on the Diet on August 27, 1696 did not bring results [2] . On October 2, 1696, in Brest-Litovsk, together with Ludvik Potsey, he issued a station wagon , urging the gentry to gather their weapons on October 12, 1696 near Pruzhany , against the Cossacks who invaded the Beresteyskoe Voivodeship [4] . November 22, 1696 signed a protest of the Republicans against Shuisky [2] .

In 1697 he attended the coronation of Augustus II [1] . In 1698 he was appointed commissioner of lustration of the Mogilev economy [2] . On July 11, 1705, in Brest-Litovsk, he signed the Manifesto of Deputies of the Sandomierz Confederation against the priest Radzievsky, Archbishop of Gnieznensky Peter Jakub Bronisz and all his supporters, who rebelled against the king and struck up relations with Sweden , in order to seize a new elector on the Polish throne, as well as in support of the elected by them King Augustus II [5] . As an ambassador from the Beresteysk voivodship, he signed an act of the General Confederation of Sandomierz on February 7, 1707 at the Free Parliament in Lviv . He took part in the Confederate Freedom Rally in Lublin , on which the kingdom was proclaimed on July 7th. He was one of the organizers of the Sejm in Brest on February 28, 1708 in support of Stanislav Leshchinsky . As a colonel of the Lithuanian army, he took part in battles against the Sapieha and the Swedes in Lithuania and Ukraine .

After the return of Augustus II, on September 19, 1709, he received the Vilnius gorodstvo (transferred in 1713 to Mikhail Alois Savitsky) [2] . On February 3, 1710, the nobles of the Brest Voivodeship, in their instructions to the deputies sent to the shaft parliament in Warsaw, applied for remuneration for the merits of the clerk of the Zemsky Sadovsky [6] . Participated in the Warsaw Freestyle Council in 1710. On August 6, 1712 he received the headquarters of the Slonim.

Reinhold Sadowski owned the estates of Malov Gora , Glubokie and Gorodnyany in the Brest-Litovsk Voivodeship. He also had a courtyard in Brest-Litovsk [2] .

Wife - Kristina (Katerina Ludovika) Potsey (d. In 1735), widow of Kazimir Goluchevsky, head of the Radom.
