Pereslavl Opole is an almost treeless, agriculturally developed natural area that has natural borders: in the north, the Nerl-Klyazminskaya river, in the east - the Shakha river, in the south-west - the Trubezh River and Plescheevo Lake [1] . This region is characterized by dark gray forest soils , characterized by high thickness of the humus horizon and high fertility. The average content of humus (humus) is 3.5-5 percent or more. By the richness of organic substances, the soils of the Pereslavl opolia are not inferior to the famous Ukrainian chernozem. The Pereslavl Opole is considered as part of the Vladimir Opole [2] .
In 1875, an agronomic school was opened on the territory of the landslide ( Smolenskoye village), the first educational institution in Russia to train specialists in plant growing and animal husbandry [2] .
