Career
Tkachuk began his youthful career in the US Youth Development Team, where he established himself well. After two seasons in the USHL, Brady joined the team at the University of Boston playing at the NCAA [2] . Tkachuk successfully started the season at the NCAA, where at the beginning of the championship he played 19 matches, scored 4 goals, made 10 assists and was called up to the Canada-U20 team at the 2018 World Cup [3] . At the end of the season, Brady was elected to the NCAA League's best rookie team [4] [5] .
In anticipation of the 2018 NHL draft, Tkachuk took second place in the final rating of the NHL Central Scout Bureau among field players playing in North American leagues [2] . As a result, he was selected in the 1st round under the general 4th number by the Ottawa Senators team. On August 13, 2018, Brady signed a three-year rookie contract with the Senators [6] . Tkachuk took part in the pre-season games and during one of them received a groin injury, in this regard, he missed the start of the 2018/19 NHL season .
Tkachuk's debut in the NHL took place on October 8, 2018 in a match against the Boston Bruins team, in which Ottawa was defeated with a score of 3: 6. In the next game, October 10, Brady scored his first goal in the NHL, and then the second, scoring a double in a match against the Philadelphia Flyers .
