Olga Ivanovna Kotlyarova (born April 12, 1976 , Sverdlovsk ) is a Russian runner, world and European champion, medalist of the Olympic Games.

At the beginning of her sports career, Olga Kotlyarova mainly performed at a distance of 400 m and won the bronze medal as part of the Russian relay at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney . She became the world champion in the relay at the 1999 World Championships in Seville .
In 2005, Olga Kotlyarova crossed the distance of 800 m, in which she became the winner at the 2006 European Championship .
She underwent sports training with Viktor Gusarenko [1] and Rif Tababilov [2] .
She studied state and municipal administration at the Ural Academy of Public Administration, as well as accounting and auditing at the Ural State University of Economics.
She worked in the administration of Yekaterinburg in the information and analytical department, then transferred to the Ministry of Education of the Sverdlovsk Region.
