“The Adventures of Dog Civil” ( Polish: Przygody psa Cywila ) is a Polish television adventure series with comedy elements that appeared on the screen in 1971. It was shown in the USSR by Central Television.

Story
In the police kennel of service dogs, an extra, excess puppy of a German shepherd was born. They are usually euthanized, but this puppy was spared, given to an orphanage. The dog did not like the new housing, he escaped and returned to the kennel. Here dog sergeant Valchak persuaded his superiors to give “superfluous” to him for training (Valchak recently lost his service dog). The dog was called Civil - "civilian." Civil's training was not easy, and his further police service was full of trials and unusual adventures.
