Education
In 1972 she graduated from the Kiev Institute of National Economy with a degree in Statistics, qualification - Economist. In 2003 she graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration of the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine - “Master of Public Administration”.
Since 2002 he is a candidate of economic sciences , since 2005 - an assistant professor , Honored Economist of Ukraine .
Career
She began her career in the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Statistical Office of the Central Statistical Office of the Ukrainian SSR . From 1975 to 1982 she worked as an economist, senior engineer-economist, senior foreman of the production site, head of the planning and production department of the tobacco factory in the city of Dnepropetrovsk . From 1982 to 1986 - head of the planning and production department of the branch of the Ukrsilgosptehproekt Institute in Dnepropetrovsk. From 1995 to 1999 she worked as the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional financial department, and from 1999 to 2002 - the head of the Main financial department of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration . From 2002 to 2005 she was the deputy chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, and from November 2005 to September 2007, she held the position of chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration [1] . On December 26, 2007, by an order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine [2] . She was dismissed on March 11, 2009 of her own free will [3] .
