Grigoryan Stepan Gurgenovich ( Armenian .եփան Գրիգորյան , September 24, 1953 , Tbilisi ) is an Armenian political and scientific figure.

- 1970 - 1975 - Tbilisi State University. Theorist mathematician-physicist.
- 1975 - 1983 - graduate student of the Yerevan Physical Institute. Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
- 1990 - 1995 - Member of the Supreme Council of the Armenian SSR . Member of the Standing Commission on Human Rights. Member of " ANM ".
- 1995 - 1998 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation .
- 1996 - 1999 - Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia in the organization of the CIS Collective Security Treaty.
- 1998 - 2000 - Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia .
- Since 1999 - Member of the Council of the Center for the Development of Democracy and Civil Society Armat .
- Since 2002 - Chairman of the Board of the Analytical Center for Globalization and Regional Cooperation.
