Description
The sculpture is made of red granite with a height of 4, 66 m. The monument is erected in the center of a small hill planted with grass and deciduous trees. The hill is bounded by a retaining wall of polished blocks and red granite slabs. The area around the monument is paved with concrete slabs, around the monument there are places for rest, for the improvement of which polished slabs of red granite were also used.
The poetess is depicted at the time of rest: she crouched on a rock, which is supported by her left hand. With his right hand holds a book lying on her lap. The figure is slightly turned left to the viewer. The slightly lowered head is turned to the left, which gives the figure an atmosphere of thoughtfulness and reverie. The poet's hair is combed up and collected on the back of the head. The collar and the left hollow jacket seem to be played by a light breeze, which gives the statue dynamics and poetry. The figurative and plastic solution of the monument is striking in the depth of psychological characteristics, integrity, expressiveness of the silhouette and portrait authenticity.
