Biography
The pupil of Krasnoturinsk football. At the adult level, the first few years of his career he competed in KFK for "Labor" (Krasnoturinsk).
In the competitions of masters he made his debut only at the age of 24 as a member of the Nizhny Tagil Uraltsa . In 1975 he moved to Uralmash , with whom in 1976 he became the winner of the zone tournament of the second league . The top scorer of Uralmash in 1976 (19 goals) and 1978 (13 goals). In 1979 he moved to Zaporizhzhya Metallurg , playing in the first league, spent two seasons in the team, but could not withstand competition with the leaders of the club’s attack - Shariy , Tymoshenko , Sharipov . In the last years of his career, he played in the second league for Shakhtar (Gorlovka), three times reached the mark of 20 goals per season, the best result - 28 goals in the 1982 season.
In total, during his career in the championships of the USSR he played at least 320 matches and scored 148 goals, of which 104 in the first league and 24 goals, in the second league - more than 200 matches and 124 goals. In the USSR Cup, he entered the field in matches against major league clubs, including in the draws of 1978 and 1980 - against the Moscow Torpedo [1] [2] .
