Biography
She graduated from Aktobe Pedagogical Institute and the Kazakh State Law Academy .
Since 1976 - senior pioneer leader, a primary school teacher in secondary school number 5 in Aktobe.
Since 1980 - Komsomol in a group of schools, second secretary of the Frunze district Komsomol committee, head of the Aktobe regional Komsomol committee, head of the international youth tourism bureau “Sputnik”.
In 1988 - 1992 he was an instructor of the city committee of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR , and. about. Deputy Chairman of Aktobe City Executive Committee.
