Biography
He began to perform at an adult level in KFK competitions in the Sverdlovsk team Kalininets . In 1978 he moved to the leading team of the city - Uralmash , in its composition over four seasons he played more than 100 matches in the first and second leagues.
In 1982 he moved to Tashkent “ Pakhtakor ”. The debut match for the club was played in the USSR Cup on February 20, 1982 against Zvezda (Jizzakh) and scored in it a goal [1] . He made his debut in the Premier League on March 26, 1982 in a match against the Moscow Torpedo [2] , and scored the first goal on April 26, 1982 at the gates of Baku Neftchi [3] . In just three seasons in the major league he played 77 matches and scored 7 goals.
In the mid-1980s he played for the command of the Southern Group of Forces (Hungary). In 1991, he played for the Canadian team became Canada's vice champion and also became the first footballer from the Soviet Union in North America.
After returning to his homeland, he was president of FC Uralmash during his appearances in the major leagues and in the Intertoto Cup, which to this day is the best result of the club from the Ural capital. In the early 2000s, he founded the Hat-Trick football agency in Moscow.
