František Misera ( Czech: František Mizera ; August 23, 1919 , České Budějovice - January 21, 1994 ) is a Czechoslovakian hockey player who played for the České Budějovice team and the Czechoslovak national team . World and European champion in 1949, champion of Czechoslovakia in 1951.

Biography
Frantisek Misera was born on August 23, 1919 in Ceske Budejovice.
He spent his entire hockey career with the České Budějovice team. He played in the Czechoslovak championship for 21 years, in 1951 he became the champion of Czechoslovakia. This title has become symbolic for České Budějovice, the first in the history of the club and at the moment the last.
In 1949, Misera played for the Czechoslovak national hockey team . As part of the national team, he won the gold medals of the 1949 World and European Championships.
After the end of his playing career in 1957 he became a coach. He worked with his native club České Budějovice (1957-1959), for many years he was a hockey functionary, holding various positions.
He died on January 21, 1994 at the age of 74.
