Biography
Born in 1905 in the Novosibirsk region. Member of the CPSU since 1927.
Since 1923 - on economic, social and political work. In 1923 - 1946 - at the Komsomol and party work in Western Siberia, the first secretary of the Tara District Committee of the CPSU (b), the responsible organizer of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b), a participant in the Great Patriotic War, the deputy head of the political department of the 188th Infantry Division, the deputy head of the organizational department of the Political Administration of the South-West groups of troops, head of the political department of the Podolsk infantry school.
