Geography
It is located on the Podrechka River near the northern outskirts of the village of Soldatskaya Dukhovka , 8 km east of the village of Surava and 20 km north of Tambov .
4 km to the east is the Tambov- Nizhny Novgorod highway. There is an access road from it to the village, continuing west to Surava and further to Kozmodemyanovka .
Infrastructure
There are a secondary school, post office, shop [2] . The first church in the village was built in 1766 [3] .
There is a bus service through the village on the route Tambov - Surava [2] .
