Biography
Born September 27, 1952 in Zelenokumsk, Stavropol Territory. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology. D. I. Mendeleev (1976, polymer faculty).
- 1976-1980 engineer, senior engineer of the Design and Technological Bureau of Glavpromstroymaterialy.
- 1980-1983 post-graduate student of the full-time department of the All-Union Civil Engineering Institute, Moscow, now a branch of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).
