Biography
Born in 1909 in Astrakhan. Member of the CPSU since 1928.
Since 1927 - on economic, social and political work. In 1927 - 1973 - on the Komsomol work in Astrakhan, on political work and command positions in the Workers' and Peasants Red Army, member of the Great Patriotic War, deputy commander for political affairs of the 58th rifle regiment of the 190th rifle division, on party work in the Astrakhan region, on party work in the Uzbek SSR, the first secretary of the Bostanlyk district committee, the first secretary of the Verkhnechirchik district committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan.
By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 8, 1971 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal.
He was elected a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Uzbek SSR of the 6th convocation.
He died before 1985.
