Biography
Born in 1901 in the village of Varvarovka, now Pavlovsky district, Voronezh region. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1919 - on economic, social and political work. In 1919 - 1956 - participant of the Civil War, holder of the Order of the Red Banner in 1920, in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, head of the political department of the machine and tractor station, deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Pavlovsky district council, first secretary of the Rovenkovsky district committee of the CPSU (b), participant in the Great Patriotic War, executive secretary party commissions at the Political Department of the rear units of the 3rd Belorussian Front, at Soviet and party work in the Voronezh region.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation. The delegate of the XVIII Congress of the CPSU (b).
He died after 1985.
