The 20th All-Union Television Festival of Soviet Song “Song-90” was held by the Central Television of the USSR State Radio and Television throughout 1990. The final concert of the laureates of the festival was prepared by the Main Edition of the musical programs of the Central Television and was shown on the Central Television on January 1, 1991. The hosts of the gala evening at the Ostankino concert studio were Angelina Vovk and Evgeny Menshov . At the anniversary evening there were festival guests - multiple participants of the “Song of the Year”: Valentina Tolkunova , Lev Leshchenko , Victor Vuyachich , Edita Pieha , Joseph Kobzon , as well as the first hosts of the festival Anna Shilova and Igor Kirillov .
