Biography
Born in 1925 in the village of Alabuga. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1991 - Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Moscow State University, Assistant Secretary, Executive Secretary of the Editorial and Publishing Council of the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR and the Ministry of Higher Education of the RSFSR, Director of the Russian University Publishing House (Rosvuzizdat), Director of the Higher School Publishing House, First Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Editorial Board and Director of the Sovetskaya Publishing House Encyclopedia ”, teacher of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University and the Department of Philosophy of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
Died after 2009.
