He played for the Leningrad teams Dynamo (1946-1953) and Labor Reserves (1954-1957). In his debut match of the USSR championship on August 13, 1946 against Zenit (2: 3) he came on as a substitute in the 38th minute and in the 77th minute he set the final score. In total, in the championship in 1946-1956 he played 84 matches, scored two goals.
He graduated from the school of trainers at the Lesgaft GOLIFK . Coached teams of different ages Dynamo and Skorokhoda.
