Biography

Born in 1908 in Maloyaroslavets. Member of the CPSU.

Since 1925 - on economic, social and political work. In 1925 - 1957 - carpenter’s apprentice, electrician, motorist, junior aircraft technician of the 6th air brigade, instructor, secretary of the Leningrad district committee of the CPSU (b) of Moscow, party organizer of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) at plant No. 30 of the USSR NKAP, deputy department head, second, first secretary of the Leningrad district committee CPSU of the city of Moscow, the first secretary of the Alma-Ata city committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.

The delegate of the XIX Congress of the CPSU.

He died after 1957.
