Meglino [4] is a lake in the southeastern part of the Novgorod region .

The lake area is 24.2 km² [2] . The average depth is 7.5 m, the greatest is 23 m. The altitude is 165.5 m [1] . The banks are sloping, steep, sandy-pebbly (on the western coast - peat) [5] . The bottom is pitted, wavy, clean, sandy, there are stone ridges [6] .
The Brodskaya River flows into Meglino, the Meglinka (the Mologa and Volga basin) and the Kanava (the Uveri , Volkhov , and Neva basins ) flow out [1] . The latter connects it with Ostrovne Lake .
Meglin duct is connected to the Brodskaya Lakhta lake with an area of 9.4 km² [7] .
Lake Meglino is located on the border of Moshensky and Pestovsky districts of the Novgorod region. It is the largest reservoir in the area. The nearby territory is informally named Meglinskoye Lake District .
