Marin Lorfelen ( fr. Marine Lorphelin , born March 16, 1993 in Macon ) - French model, winner of the title “ Miss France -2013” (December 8, 2012), representing Burgundy at the competition [1] . At the contest Miss World 2013 became the 1st Vice Miss.

Biography
Personal life
She studied at the Lyceum named after Alphonse Lamartan in Lyon, graduated in 2011 with very good grades. Entered the Faculty of Medicine, Claude Bernard University of Lyon (6th year student). Dreams of becoming a pediatrician or obstetrician. Hobbies - drawing and fashion. Fan of the football club "Lion"; also engaged in athletics (triple jump), set a regional record of 10.8 m in the junior category [2] .
Model career
Marin won the Miss Burgundy 2012 beauty contest and represented the Burgundy region at the Miss France 2012 contest. On December 6, 2012, in Limoges , the superfinal of the 66th Miss France beauty contest was held, in which Marin won a landslide victory with 41.67% of the votes cast and ahead of one of the favorites of the contest, Miss Tahiti 2012 Inarani de Lonjo [3] . The winner was crowned Miss France 2012, model Dolphin Vespize .
After the results were announced, the chairman of the French Black Rights Association (CRAN), Louis-Georges Tin, made a scandalous statement, calling the winner “too white” and accusing the organizers of specifically preventing African-made photo models from entering the super final (although there were 8 models of African origin and 6 natives of the Overseas Territories of France) [4] . In response, no less harsh accusations and retaliatory accusations of “black racism” fell in his address [5] . The same contest became known thanks to another scandal: Lorefelen refused to come to one of France 4 's talk show and give an interview to Elodie Gosuyen , the winner of the 2001 contest and the organizer of the Miss Prestige beauty contest [6] .
At the Miss World 2013 contest held in Indonesia, Marin Lorfelen represented France (a total of 131 contestants participated). Marin became 1st Vice-Miss of the World and received the title of Miss of the World Europe [7] . Also among her titles were the 1st Vice-Miss Beach Beauty and Fashion (Miss Beach Beauty Fashion) and the 2nd Vice-Miss Top Model (Miss Top Model). She also took the 6th place in the category Miss Beauty with a Purpose and won the nomination Best Designer of Evening Dresses.
Charity
In 2013, Marine Lorefelen took part in the Paris Marathon. She also signed documents that allowed her in case of her death to use her organs for transplantation to those in need [8] .
In 2013 and 2014, Marine Lorefelen performed in the famous French show “ Fort Boyard ”: in 2013, her team at the show won 18,000 euros for the charity organization Mecenat Chirurgie Cardiaque , which pays for organ transplantation to children. Among the tasks performed by Lorfelen were a bungee jump [9] , control of an underwater bicycle [10] and dipping into cold water [11] .
Marin participated twice in the “Mot de Passe” show (based on the American Million Dollar Password program) and once in the French version of the “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” Program, winning the last 48,000 euros and transferring them to the AIDS Fund.
