Biography
Born in 1923 in Samarkand. Member of the CPSU.
Member of World War II. Since 1948 - on economic, social and political work. In 1948 - 1985 - instructor of the Andijan regional committee of the Komsomol, instructor of the political department of the Andijan branch of the railway, secretary, first secretary of the Andijan regional committee of the Komsomol, secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Uzbekistan, first secretary of the Jalal-Kuduk district committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, deputy. Head of the Party Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, Secretary of the Bukhara Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, Chairman of the Bukhara Regional Executive Committee, Inspector of the Central Asian Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Head of the Agricultural Department of the Tashkent Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Uzbek SSR, First Deputy Chairman of the Tashkent Executive Committee
