Biography
In 1982 he graduated with honors from the Irkutsk Construction College. From 1982 to 1984, he served in military service in the Soviet Army. In 1990, he graduated with a degree in Economics and Planning of Construction Production, having graduated from the Irkutsk Institute of National Economy by correspondence. After demobilization from the army, he was hired by the Repair and Construction Directorate No. 7, the administration was engaged in the repair of buildings. In 1989 he took up business, opened his own company, which worked in the construction business [2] .
In 2000 he was engaged in fuel supply, was the owner of the company "Edelweiss IC", which had its own network of petrol stations. From 2002 to 2013 he was co-owner of the company "New Len-Oil", in 2009 he headed the company and became its CEO. From 2005 to 2016, together with his wife, he was the owner of the Irkutsk Fuel Company Trading House. In 2007, he set up the Krasnoshtanov Charity Foundation, which provided material assistance to socially unprotected and poor citizens. From 2009 to 2010, he was the general director of LLC Construction company "House". From August 2012 to September 2016, he worked as the general director of DomStroy Financial and Construction Company LLC, was the owner of 90% of this company [3] .
In 2009, he ran from the party "United Russia" to the deputies of the Duma of the city of Irkutsk of the V convocation, by the results of the elections he was elected as a deputy in the single-mandate electoral district No. 3. [four]
In September 2013 he was nominated from the party "United Russia" to the deputies of the Legislative Assembly, according to the results of the elections he was elected deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk region of the II convocation in the single-mandate electoral district No. 3 [5] .
