Biography
Born in 1900 in Khujand. Member of the CPSU since 1932.
Since 1920 - on economic, social and political work. In 1920 - 1953 - Organizer of collective farms and water-irrigation systems in the Khujand district, chairman of the board of the Bolshevik collective farm, director of the Khujand MTS, chairman of the Khujand city executive committee, deputy head of the agricultural department of the Leninabad regional executive committee, head of the regional agricultural department.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the Tajik SSR of the 1st and 2nd convocations.
He died in Leninabad in 1956.
