William M. Adler ( born William M. Adler , born January 26, 1976 ) is an American musician known as rhythm guitarist for groove metal bands Lamb of God . In the group he plays with his elder brother, drummer Chris Adler .

Musical career
Willy Adler joined Lamb of God after guitarist Abe Spear left the band.
Being self-taught, Adler is known for his special style of playing the guitar, which includes the use of unusual discordant chords, unique rhythmic patterns, frequent use of the little finger while clamping chords, and non-standard setting of the right hand. Many ruble-like staccato riffs of the Lamb of God are performed by Adler, while the other guitarist of the group, Mark Morton , plays more melodic riffs and solos.
Willy Adler is the main songwriter for the group. His songs include Black Label, 11th Hour, Blood Junkie, Hourglass, Blood of the Scribe, Beating on Death's Door, Ashes of the Wake, Ruin and Again We Rise. Sometimes Adler works in collaboration with Mark Morton : for example, he composed the breakdown of Walk With Me in Hell preceding the guitar solo, as well as the entire song “In Your Words” before the ending written by Morton.
