Medyanka is a river in Russia , it flows in the Murashinsky district of the Kirov region and in the Priluzsky district of the Komi Republic . The mouth of the river is located 27 km on the left bank of the River Tlay . The length of the river is 14 km [2] .

The source of the river in the Murashinsky district of the Kirov region is 8 km north-east of the village of Starovericheskaya . The upper course of the river passes through the Murashinsky district of the Kirov region, the middle and lower reaches of the Priluzsky district of the Komi Republic. The river flows through the vast taiga uninhabited forest in the Northern Uvaly , the general direction of the current is north. It falls into Tylai, 16 km north-east of the village of Vasyuk. The width of the river throughout does not exceed 10 m [3] .
