Biography
Born in 1918 in the village of Votolino. Member of the CPSU since 1943.
Since 1936 - on economic, social and political work. In 1936 - 1988 - Primary school teacher in schools of the Leningrad region, participant in the Great Patriotic War, at party work in the Chimkent region of the Kazakh SSR, first secretary of the Sairam district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, first secretary of the Chimkent city committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, chairman of the party commission of the Sairam district.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 10, 1973, the title of Hero of Socialist Labor was awarded with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle."
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
He died after 1992.
