Biography
He was born in a peasant family in the village of Suchechevo, Kursk province . Father worked as a plasterer. I did not receive a systematic education, I studied at home. He worked as a shepherd and a plasterer [1] .
He served as a sailor on the battleship Sinop . In 1906, while serving in Sevastopol, he joined the Socialist Revolutionary Party , conducted propaganda among the crew, and prepared for the uprising. In 1907 he was arrested near the island of Tendra [1] . On June 29, 1907, by the Naval Court of the Sevastopol Port, on charges of articles 100, 101 and 110 of the Code of Military Orders (SVP) in the case of the preparation of a military armed uprising [2], he was sentenced to death [3] , then replaced by indefinite penal servitude. He served his sentence at the Nerchinsk penal servitude : from 1907 to 1910 in Akatuy , from 1911 to 1916 in Kutomar and in 1916 and 1917 in Gorny Zerentuy [1] . He was released from Nerchinsk in 1917. He joined the party of the Left Social Revolutionaries.
At the end of 1917 he was elected to the All-Russian Constituent Assembly in the Kursk constituency according to list No. 1 (Socialist-Revolutionaries) [3] . He participated in the meeting of the Constituent Assembly on January 5, 1918 [3] .
In the Soviet years, a member of the Society of Political Prisoners and Exiles , membership card number 2177 [2] . By 1929 he joined the CPSU (b) [2] . He worked in the production cooperative "Second Five-Year Plan" [3] .
The fate and date of death is unknown.
