Biography
Born in 1924 in Samarkand. Member of the CPSU since 1944.
In military service in the South Ural Military District during World War II. Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1991 - Unreleased secretary of the Komsomol committee of the institute, secretary of the Samarkand regional committee of the Komsomol of Uzbekistan for personnel, head of various departments of the 2nd department of the Ministry of State Security - KGB under the SM of the Uzbek SSR, deputy head of the KGB at the SM of the Uzbek SSR in the Samarkand region, deputy chief, head of the 2nd Directorate of the KGB under the SM of the Uzbek SSR, deputy, 1st deputy chairman, chairman of the KGB at the SM of the Uzbek SSR, adviser to the chairman of the USSR State Committee for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 10th convocation.
He lived in Moscow. He died on December 17, 2006.
