Biography
Born in 1914 on the territory of modern Belarus. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1962 - in the locomotive depot of the station Tyumen, at Komsomol work, repressed, released, World War II participant, deputy chief of the political department of the bath-disinfection train, first secretary of the Zheleznodorozhny district party committee of the city of Tyumen, head of the transport department of the Tyumen regional party committee, first secretary of the Tyumen city committee of the CPSU.
Delegate XIX and XX CPSU Congresses.
He died in Tyumen in 1962.
