Biography

Born in 1909 in the village of Gorodishche. Member of the CPSU since 1931.

Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1946 - at political work in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, secretary of the Smelyanskiy district committee, head of the propaganda and agitation department of the Kiev regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) Ukraine, 1st secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine, member of the illegal Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) Ukraine, in the partisan movement.

The delegate of the XVIII Congress of the CPSU (b).

He died near the village of Plisetskoye in 1943.
