Biography
Born in 1913 in St. Petersburg. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1933 - on economic, social and political work. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 25, 1966, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
Laureate of the Lenin and Stalin Prizes.
He died in Leningrad in 1986.
