Kvitka Ivan Ivanovich (born May 4, 1967 , Kalach, Alapaevsky District, Sverdlovsk Region) is a Russian statesman and politician. Member of the State Duma of V, VI and VII convocations, member of the Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption [1] . Member of the Presidium of the General Council of the United Russia Party [2] , head of the Ural Interregional Coordinating Council of the United Russia Party [3] .

Biography
In 1967, he moved with his family to the city of Nefteyugansk, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Tyumen Region. In Nefteyugansk he graduated from school. Entered PTU-37 in Nefteyugansk, which he graduated with honors in 1984. He was engaged in an aviation sports club in the city of Yalutorovsk. He served in the airborne troops.
Higher education - in 1992 he graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute, majoring in machinery and equipment for oil and gas fields, qualified as a mechanical engineer; In 1995 he graduated from Tyumen State University with a degree in jurisprudence, and qualified as a lawyer. Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor [4] [5] .
He worked as a car repairman, worked on the construction of oil and gas pipelines. Later he worked as deputy director of the Tyumen regional center of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Vice-rector of the Tyumen State Institute of World Economy, Management and Law; the head of the executive committee of the Tyumen regional branch of the All-Russian political party "United Russia" [6] .
He was elected as a deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma, worked as deputy chairman of the committee on state building and local self-government [7] .
In December 2007, he was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the fifth convocation, he was deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Industry, in 2011 he was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the sixth convocation [8] [9] [10] .
In 2016, he was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the seventh convocation [11] .
