Biography
Born in 1904 in the village of Paparchiai. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1971 - Worker, engineer of a woodworking plant at the railway station Jasle station, partisans in Trakai Uyezd, commander of the partisan detachment “For Homeland”, first secretary of Ukmerg Uyezd, director of the factory, chairman of the Kelmessky district executive committee, director of the Kint fish processing plant.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd and 4th convocations.
He died in Vilnius in 1971.
