Urgent addiction

Urgent addiction (or urgent addiction ) (English urgency addiction ) - one of the types of addiction , which is a constant internal feeling of lack of time for any business. The term was introduced by N. Tassi in 1993 [1] . In the presence of urgent dependence, there is a feeling of fear that a person is not doing those important things that could contribute to his career advancement or benefit other areas of his life. In the modern world, the phenomenon of urgent dependence is quite common in many types of professions. A person begins to mistakenly believe that he can do a large number of tasks in a short time. Over time, the amount of free time decreases and a person spends all his strength and time on the implementation of a huge number of instructions.
