Biography

Born in 1922 in Vyatka. Member of the CPSU since 1942.

Since 1941 - in military service, public and political work. In 1941 - 1982 - Head of communications of the separate Guards mortar division, deputy battery commander, battery commander, chief of staff of the division in the guard mortar units, senior test engineer of the Kapustin Yar training range, deputy head of the missile testing department of the Yangel Design Bureau, head of the 2nd department, head the Baikonur training ground, deputy head of the Research Institute-4 of the USSR Ministry of Defense.

He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR of the 7th and 8th convocations.

He died in Moscow in 2006.
