Roman Yulievich Rubinstein (born May 22, 1996 , Minsk ) is a Belarusian professional basketball player who plays as a point guard . He plays for the Israeli basketball club Hapoel ( Be'er Sheva ) and the national team of Belarus .

Career
Pupil of trainer Sergey Kryukov . At 16, Rubinstein was in the second team of the Tsmoki-Minsk club. A year later, the point guard made his debut for the main team. In the 2014/2015 season , a basketball player played for Minskers in the VTB United League . Rubinstein spent the 2016/17 season in Slovenia , where he played for Zlatorog . Soon he returned to Tsmoki-Minsk, but could not break into his base. In July 2018, the Belarusian moved to the Polish “Legia” [1] .
Belarus national team
He played for the youth and youth team of Belarus. On September 3, 2016, Roman Rubinstein made his debut as part of the main national team . He appeared on the site in the Eurobasket 2017 qualifying game against the Polish national team [2] . Since then, he began to be called regularly to the location of the Belarusians.
